Customer Background
Bearing Operating Conditions: Wide temperature range (-30°C to 120°C), heavy loads, low speed, and long service life requirements (5+ years).Pain Points: Imported greases are expensive, suffer from an unstable supply, and have a long lead time of 6–8 weeks.
Preparation
Technical Alignment: Our technical team aligned with the German DIN 51825 and wind power bearing standards. We conducted comprehensive testing for speed, load, temperature, and water washout. Formulation & Validation: We finalized a formulation based on lithium complex thickener, extreme pressure (EP) anti-wear agents, rust and oxidation inhibitors, and wide-temperature performance. We provided a 15kg trial sample for a 1,000-hour bench test, continuously monitoring dropping point, cone penetration, wear, and rust prevention.
Customized Solution
We customized a specialized grease for wind power bearings:
• Thickener: Lithium complex.
• Base Oil: High-viscosity index synthetic oil.
• Additives: ZDDP (Extreme Pressure agent) + Rust inhibitors + Antioxidants + Water-resistant agents.
• Performance: No hardening at -30°C, no leakage at 120°C, high-load anti-wear, water washout resistance, and a bearing service life of 5+ years.
• Certifications: DIN 51825 + REACH.
Production
Our Guangzhou Nansha base features a dedicated grease production line utilizing vacuum degassing, homogenizing grinding, and constant-temperature reaction. Under ISO 9001 quality control, every batch is tested for cone penetration, dropping point, water washout, four-ball wear, and rust prevention. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and a TÜV Rheinland (Germany) report. With a daily capacity of 15 tons, we easily fulfill the monthly order volume of 50 tons.

• Specifications: 15kg metal pails featuring moisture-proof and anti-rust inner bags.
• Labeling: Customer logo, German/English labels, wind-power-specific markings, and batch numbers.
• Protection: Sealed inner bags and reinforced lids to prevent moisture and dust ingress, perfectly adapted for European warehousing standards.
Shipping & Logistics
We maintain a standing safety stock across our dual bases, ensuring rapid dispatch upon order confirmation. Full container loads are shipped directly from Guangzhou Port with end-to-end temperature-controlled transport to prevent high-temperature degradation.
