Customer Background
The customer operates 32 service centers catering to Russian, European, and Japanese passenger vehicles. Pain Points: Severe cold-start wear in extreme cold (-35°C to -40°C), with conventional engine oils prone to gelling and causing high fuel consumption. Additionally, imported European engine oils were expensive, suffered from an unstable supply, and had a long lead time of 4–6 weeks.
Preparation
Technical Alignment: Our technical team aligned with Russian GOST standards and API SP / GF-6A requirements, confirming three core indicators: low-temperature pumpability, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) compatibility. On-site Validation: We provided a free 4L trial sample for cold-start testing in a -38°C environment, continuously monitoring oil pressure, engine wear, and fuel consumption.
Customized Solution
We customized the WISUN 0W-20 Fully Synthetic Flagship Engine Oil:
•Base Oils: 50–70% PAO (Polyalphaolefin) + 5–10% Esters.
•Additives: Chevron Oronite 54720 (High-dosage formulation).
•Performance: Zero-pressure cold start at -40°C, extended drain interval of 15,000–18,000 km, and ACEA C5 low-SAPS (low ash) formulation.
•Certifications: API SP / GF-6A + GOST + EU CE.
Production
Our Jiangmen base features a dedicated fully synthetic engine oil production line with ISO 9001/14001 quality control. The process includes closed-loop PAO base oil transfer, automatic blending, and end-to-end temperature control. Every batch undergoes CCS, HTHS, TBN, and four-ball wear tests, accompanied by TDS, SDS, and COA documents. With a daily capacity of 20,000 liters, we easily fulfill the monthly order volume of 500,000 liters.
Custom Packaging
•Specifications: 5L black reinforced plastic bottles capable of withstanding low temperatures down to -45°C.
•Labeling: Customer logo, bilingual labels (Russian/English), extreme cold warnings, and an anti-counterfeiting QR code.
•Custom Molding: 1:1 custom exterior design. The mold cost is $1,200 USD, with mold completion and mass production achieved within 20 days.
Shipping & Logistics
