Customer Background
A precision electronics processing plant in Vietnam specializes in aluminum alloy and stainless steel structural components, supporting production lines for smartphone middle frames and laptop casings.Pain Points: High tool wear during high-speed milling, cutting fluid prone to foul odors and degradation, yellow spotting on workpieces, and frequent fluid changes. Additionally, imported cutting fluids were expensive and had long lead times.
Preparation
On-site Assessment: We collected on-site samples to test water quality, machine tool flow rate, cutting temperature, and material composition. We identified the core issues: insufficient antibacterial properties, weak extreme pressure (EP) lubrication, and poor rust prevention.
On-site Validation: We provided a free 5L sample for a 7-day field cutting test, continuously monitoring tool wear, fluid odor, and workpiece surface quality. Concurrently, we completed third-party testing for four key indicators: foaming, rust prevention, antibacterial performance, and EP properties.
Customized Solution
We customized a semi-synthetic micro-emulsion cutting fluid:
Base Oils: Low-odor mineral oil + Synthetic esters.
Additives: Complex antibacterial agents + Extreme pressure (EP) agents + Rust inhibitors.
Core Metrics: Low foam, long-lasting antibacterial protection (≥90 days), EP anti-wear performance, and 72+ hours of rust prevention.
Compatible Materials: Aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and copper alloys. Compliant with Vietnamese industrial standards and EU REACH regulations.
Production
Our Guangzhou Nansha factory features a dedicated cutting fluid production line with ISO 9001 full-process quality control. The manufacturing process includes automatic proportioning, constant-temperature reaction, and three-stage filtration. Every batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and third-party inspection reports. With a daily capacity of 30 tons, we easily fulfill the customer's stable monthly order volume of 80 tons with zero batch quality issues.
Custom Packaging
• Specifications: 25L blue food-grade plastic pails and 200L steel drums.
•Labeling: Customer logo, Vietnamese instructions, English technical parameters, and anti-corrosion markings.
•Sealing: Anti-theft caps and inner plugs to prevent leakage. The drums can be stacked 4 layers high without deformation, perfectly adapted for Vietnam's hot and humid warehousing environment.
Shipping & Logistics
Full container loads (FCL) are exported directly from Guangzhou Port, with dispatch completed within 15 days of order confirmation, arriving directly at Hai Phong Port via ocean freight.
